However, if you face an issue with your order, our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.
1. Return Policy
This section outlines the conditions under which customers can request a return, along with the eligibility requirements, timelines, and documentation needed for a smooth and fair return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, tested, or damaged after delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency in return or damage claims, customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video must clearly show:
- The outer packaging condition before opening.
- The unsealing process.
- The product as it is taken out of the box.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please share the unboxing video with our team for verification. After review, we'll initiate a replacement or store credit as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed or tested.
- Clearance, discounted, or marked “non-returnable” products.
2. Refund Policy
This section explains Motokrafta's refund and store credit procedure, including timelines, validity, and the verification steps followed once a returned product is received and inspected.
- We do not offer direct cash refunds.
- If your return is approved, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
- After verification, store credit will be processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was damaged during shipping, supported by an unboxing video or photo proof.
Exchange Process

- Verification – Our team will review your claim and confirm eligibility.
- Return Product – Send the product back in its original packaging. If the issue is on our side (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Receive Replacement – Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
4. Unclaimed Products Policy
This policy defines the process for handling products that remain uncollected or unclaimed by customers after service completion, delivery, or repeated notifications.
Definition of Unclaimed Products
Products that remain uncollected for 30 days after customer notification (via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp) will be treated as unclaimed.
Storage & Administrative Fees
- After 30 days, storage and handling charges will apply.
- Charges will be communicated before collection.
- The 30th day from the last notice is considered the final free collection date.
Final Collection Notice
- If unclaimed after 60 days, a final written notice will be issued.
- Customers will have an additional 14-day grace period to claim their product.
Forfeiture & Disposal
If there is no response after 74 days, Motokrafta reserves the right to:
- Forfeit and dispose of the product.
- Recover storage, handling, and administrative costs from the sale.
Reclaiming an Unclaimed Product
To reclaim your product:
- Provide valid ID proof and purchase invoice.
- Settle any outstanding storage or service fees.
- Collect the product during working hours at the designated address.
