1. Estimated Delivery Time
Motokrafta specializes in sourcing and supplying premium aftermarket automotive parts from international manufacturers and suppliers.
For imported products, special-order items, and international purchases, the estimated delivery period is 22–25 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance procedures, and destination location.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or international logistics partner, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment throughout the delivery process.
3. Customs Clearance & Import Procedures
Certain products may be sourced from international suppliers and may be subject to customs inspections, import processing, or regulatory clearances.
While Motokrafta works closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery, customs-related procedures are managed by the relevant authorities and may occasionally result in delays beyond our control.
4. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- International freight or carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays in origin or destination countries
- Port congestion or transportation restrictions
- Supplier production or dispatch delays
In the event of a significant delay, our team will keep you informed and provide updates whenever available.
5. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp at +91 7510708000.
Address changes can only be accommodated before the shipment has been dispatched. Once shipped, modifications may not be possible.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping and handling charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Special-Order & Custom Import Products
Products sourced specifically upon customer request, including custom-order, made-to-order, or internationally procured items, may require additional processing and transit time beyond the standard delivery estimate.
Such timelines will be communicated to customers at the time of purchase whenever possible.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the customer and acknowledged by the recipient or delivery carrier records.
Motokrafta is not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
